Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

At the current time, we ship domestically to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground service.

In-stock items are shipped within two business days if the order is placed before 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Items ordered after 4:00 PM Eastern Time may be shipped on the third business day.

Please note we are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses and cannot change the address after order completion.

A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our facility. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item, if available.

Your shipping expense is included in the Shipping and Handling field in your shopping cart, and again in the Shipping and Handling field on the Checkout page. By proceeding with the checkout transaction, you agree that the fees have been disclosed to you.

We are not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name) and your package is lost, we not responsible.

If you have inputted the incorrect address on your order, CANCEL your order immediately by logging into your account. Then, place your order again using the correct address. Once your package is processed and shipped, we cannot make any more modifications to your shipment.

SHIPPING & HANDLING RATES

All shipping is charged on a flat rate basis. Single box sets are charged $6.50 per item. 5-set bundles are charged $18.00 per item.

RETURN POLICY

All returns/exchange requests must be made by e-mailing customerservice@shopaccelerators.com. Include a note with your Name, Order Number, and Instructions for your return/exchange along with a reason for your request. You will be notified when your return is processed via an email to the email address provided during the transaction.

ALL returns MUST be in the original packaging.

If your return is not received by the appropriate date communicated when making a return/exchange request then it will not be accepted. We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with evidence of the return in the event that your package is lost in transit. Without tracking, the we are not responsible for lost or missing returns. If return tracking shows that your item was shipped before the 14-day deadline, your return will be accepted.

WRONG, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received the wrong product from Inked Shop, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customerservice@shopaccelerators.com within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will pay return shipping and provide a cash refund if requested.

ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel your order placed on shopaccelerators.com, simply log in to your account and select the cancel option. You will see a confirmation of your canceled order. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
